DCTs Lead Culinary Arts instructor, Christian Biesbrouck has worked in established hotels throughout the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia with Marriott International for over 26 years, of which 12 years was as Executive Chef. In this episode, he shares his career journey with us and talks about his passion now for inspiring, educating and preparing young people for a future career as a Chef.
